Short summary
Temperature variations cause thermoelastic deformation in shallow subsurface materials, producing millimetre-level signals in GNSS height time series. We release a global dataset of vertical thermoelastic displacement (TED) for ~14,000 GNSS stations from 2000 to 2023. The dataset uses hourly ERA5 soil-temperature forcing and depth-dependent subsurface properties from global soil datasets. It provides station-level TED corrections for GNSS height time series and related geophysical applications.
