I asked the referees to assess your revisions according to their comments and while they were generally happy with the changes, there is one issue I would like you to address: the descriptions of uncertainties in the data sets as stated by Referee #1. Please revise your manuscript according to these suggestions which will support a better use of the resulting data product.

thank you for revising the manuscript and reporting also uncertainties of the data as suggested by referee #1.

I have only one more comment that I'd like to see addressed before publication. Please extend your document FOCA_Supporting_Information.pdf by 1) the units of the discharge time series in Section 1.1 because they are not mentioned yet, and 2) by the tables from the manuscript describing the variables. It is good to refer the readers on Zenodo to the ESSD paper with the detailed descriptions, but at the same time the dataset should be understandable (i.e. column names and units) from the supporting information/Readme. One table in Section 1.4 describing the FOCA_attributes_all.xlsx columns (possibly inluding column numbers) with the information from the tables in the paper would help to have the information together in one place without going back and forth through the paper.
