Short summary
We created a global, high-accuracy wave height dataset by combining sparse but precise satellite data with computer simulations to fill gaps and reduce errors, especially for extreme waves. It's freely available in two versions: one for climate trend analysis and another for training AI wave models, providing a valuable tool for ocean research and forecasting.
